Abstract
Kvaliteta označuje osobine, sposobnosti, vrijednosti usluge ili procesa. Upravljanje kvalitetom odnosi se na cijelu organizaciju i procese u tvrtci, s ciljem zadovoljstva kupaca. Norma ISO 9001:2008 donosi tvrtci veću konkurentnost i prepoznatljivost na tržištu, u središtu je kupac i njegovo zadovoljstvo. Pomorsko-prijevozna usluga se u ovom radu odnosi na pomorsku i cestovnu granu prometa. Ona nastaje kao rezultat premještanja putnika, tereta ili informacija. U prometu, a izrazito pomorskom i cestovnom nalazi se mnogo norma, zakona i propisa kojima se podiže razina kvalitete proizvoda i usluge. U pomorstvu se potpuno upravljanje kvalitetom temelji na tri principa. Tvrtke koje uspostave model potpunog upravljanja kvalitetom mogu biti nagrađene raznim nagradama za kvalitetu. U cestovnom prijevozu donijet je niz različitih normi, a neke od njih jesu: VIN, ISO 14000, HACCP, ADR, EURO 6 i mnoge druge. Ovaj rad prikazuje kvalitetu pomorsko-prijevozne usluge na primjeru tvrtke Holcim Hrvatska d.o.o.

Quality indicates the characteristics, skills and values of services and processes. Quality management refers to the whole organization and processes in the company, with the goal of customer satisfaction. ISO 9001:2008 provides the company greater competitiveness and recognition in the market, customer satisfaction is the priority. In this paper, maritime and transport services refers to the maritime and road traffic. It occurs as a result of moving passengers, cargo or information. In traffic, particularly maritime and road there is a lot of standards, laws and regulations that raise the level of quality products and services. In maritime, TQM is based on three principles. Companies that established model of TQM can be awarded with various prizes for quality . There are numerous different standards in road transport like VIN, ISO 14000, HACCP, ADR, EURO 6 and many others. This paper shows the quality of maritime transport services in the case of Holcim Croatia d.o.o.
