Abstract
Cruising turizam u svijetu u stalnom je porastu. Kako bi se mogao neometano odvijati potrebna je dobra organizacija rada te komunikacija na brodovima na kojima se odvija cruising. Iako je to tako, posljednjih desetljeća nije se tome pridavao veliki znaĉaj te je unutar cruising turizma potrebno napraviti znaĉajnu studiju iz podruĉja ljudskih resursa kako bi se shvatilo i razumjelo ponašanje radnika na brodovima za cruising. Raznolika nacionalnost među osobljem i priroda radnih mjesta pridonose nastanku organizacijske kulture te grupiranju radnika i stvaranju međusobnih grupa potpore, a sve to predstavlja izazov za menadžere koji se bave ljudskih resursima.

Cruise tourism in the world has significantly increased. In order to proceed smoothly, the good organization of work and communications on cruisers is required. Listed problem was not given big importance during last decade. In area of the cruise tourism it is needed to make significant studies in the field of human resources in order to realize and understand the behavior of workers on cruise ships. The diverse ethnicity amongst staff and the nature of jobs contribute to the emergence of the organizational culture and the grouping of workers. That is how mutual support groups are formed. All that presents challenge for managers who deal with human resources.
