Abstract
Danas je kvaliteta postala primaran i strateški cilj gotovo svakog poslovnog subjekta. Postavljaju se sve veći zahtjevi za kvalitetom proizvoda i usluge kao i kvalitetom proizvodnih i poslovnih procesa te pouzdanošću cjelokupnog sustava kvalitete. Svjesni ĉinjenice da je za poboljšanje kvalitete proizvoda i usluge te stvaranje pozitivnog ugleda na tržištu, zaista dug put, potrebno je mnogo znanja i iskustva da bi se takav proces pokrenuo. Uĉinkovitost i uspješni poslovni rezultati svake poslovne organizacije uvelike ovise o naĉinu upravljanja poslovnim procesima, odnosno poslovnim odnosima, suradnjom, i svim poslovnim aktivnostima koje su nužne za ostvarenje poslovnih ciljeva. S obzirom da su suradnja i komunikacija osnovni zahtjevi za uspješno poslovanje, shvatljivo je zašto je informacijska tehnologija također važan segment u upravljanju dobavnog lanca.
Abstract (english)
Today, quality has become the primary strategic goal of almost every business entity . There has been placed increasing demands for quality products and services as well as the quality of production and business processes and the reliability of the overall system quality. Aware of the fact that improving the quality of products and services and also creating a positive reputation in the market, really long way, a lot of knowledge and experience to such a process started . Effectiveness and successful business results of each business organizations depend largely on how business process management, and business relations, cooperation, and all business activities that are necessary to achieve business objectives. Considering that the cooperation and communication are the basic requirements for a successful business, it is understandable that information technology is also an important part in the management of the supply chain.
