Abstract
Searching for talent can be challenging. By expanding the talent search from a local talent search to the global market search, the job for recruiters becomes even more difficult and challenging. Moreover, finding the right person for a certain position is money and time consuming. Recruitment methods exist in order to successfully find the right talent in any country or region, providing means and techniques for recruiting the best talent. Many companies are still using traditional recruiting methods; however, this paper will explain different types of global talent recruitment methods, such as internal and external talent recruitment method including their subcategories, with both positive and negative aspects. Some of the positives are: it makes the process of selection easier, provides a wider choice and fresh talent. The negatives are: legal issues, increased administrative costs and greater chances for having applicants who are not serious.

Traganje za talentiranim ljudima može biti izazovno. Širenjem obujma potrage od lokalne na globalnu razinu, taj posao postaje još teži i izazovniji. Uza to, potraga za pravom osobom za određenu poziciju je trošak, ali i vremenski iscrpno. Metode za regrutiranje kadrova služe kako bi se što uspješnije našla odgovarajuća, talentirana osoba na bilo kojoj razini (lokalnoj, globalnoj) služeći se raznim tehnikama. Mnoge kompanije još uvijek koriste tradicionalne metode za regrutiranje; u ovom radu će se objasniti različite metode za regrutiranje talentiranih osoba na globalnoj razini, kao što su unutarnja i vanjska metoda regrutiranja talenata uključujući i njihove potkategorije, s pozitivnim i negativnim aspektima. Neke od pozitivnih strana su: olakšava se selekcijski proces, pruža veći izbor i novi talenti, dok su negativne strane: pravna pitanja, povećani administrativni troškovi i povećan broj osoba s neozbiljnim podnesenim prijavama.
