Abstract
Pomorska industrija ima ključnu ulogu u globalnoj trgovini. Osiguravanje sigurnosti i učinkovitosti pomorskog prometa od presudne je važnosti, ne samo za pomorski sektor, nego i za globalnu ekonomiju u cjelini. Tema rada odnosi se na sustav za upravljanje prometom, njegov razvoj kao i implementacija samog sustava. Nakon uvoda prikazat će se pregled sustava sigurnosti i nadzora pomorskog prometa, e-navigacija te utjecaj projekata koji su bili temelj sustava za upravljanje pomorskim prometom. Glavni fokus je prikaz razvoja i implementacije tehnologija koje smanjuju rizik od pomorskih nesreća, poboljšavaju sigurnost navigacije te osiguravaju nesmetanu komunikaciju između brodova i obalnih vlasti. Dijelovi rada sadrže opise alata i radnih paketa ( radni paket 3, 4 i 5) sustava za upravljanje pomorskim prometom, kao što su razmjena ruta brod – obala i navigacijska upozorenja. Također se analiziraju uzroci i posljedice pomorskih nesreća, naglašavajući važnost strogih sigurnosnih protokola i međunarodne suradnje u smanjenju ovih rizika.
Abstract (english)
The maritime industry plays a key role in global trade. Ensuring the safety and efficiency of maritime traffic is of crucial importance, not only for the maritime sector but also for the global economy as a whole. The main topic of this work is to present a sea traffic management system, its development, and implementation. Following the introduction, an overview of maritime traffic safety and monitoring systems will be provided, followed by e-navigation and the impact of projects that have formed the basis of the sea traffic management system. The primary focus is on illustrating the development and implementation of technologies that reduce the risk of maritime accidents, enhance navigation safety, and ensure seamless communication between ships and coastal authorities. Parts of the work include descriptions of tools and work packages (work packages 3, 4, and 5) of the sea traffic management system, such as ship-to-shore route exchange and navigational warnings. It also analyzes the causes and consequences of maritime accidents, highlighting the importance of strict safety protocols and international cooperation in reducing these risks.
