Abstract
Za uspješno obavljanje dužnosti i poslova na brodu potrebno je pravilno obaviti raspodjelu dužnosti na brodu. Raspodjela dužnosti na brodu je u skladu s pravilima STCW konvencije. Najviši član po rangu je zapovjednik i on je odgovoran za posadu, brod i teret. Posada broda je posložena po zapovjednoj hijerarhiji i ako je svatko od članova savjestan i svoje dužnosti obavlja odgovorno stupanj opasnosti je smanjen. U temi će se obraditi raspodjela dužnosti po svakom članu posade na palubi i u strojarnici.
Abstract (english)
To perform successfully ship duties and activities it is necessary to carry out allocation of functions on board properly. The distribution of duties on board is in compliance with the STCW Convention. The highest ranking member is Master and he is responsible for the crew, ship and cargo. The crew is ranked on board and if each of the members is conscientious and performs its duties responsibly, the degree of risk is reduced. The topic is discussed through allocation and assignments of responsibilities for each crewmember on deck and in the engine room.
